Customized products such as printed flags or personalized apparel cannot be returned once production has started. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within seven days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue so we can review the situation and provide a replacement or appropriate solution. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives the correct products and is satisfied with their purchase. Customized Products
Products that are customized or personalized such as custom boat flags or printed apparel cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
